the subtitle refers to the "first day of Purim" indicating a custom in Livorno to extend the Purim celebrations also to Shushan Purim on the 15th of Adar. It is to be sung before mi khamokha, referring to the Yehuda Halevy piyut for Shabbat zakhor.
